Grilled Chicken with 
Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

150g organic chicken breast
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, capsicum, red onion)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Toss vegetables in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast for 25 minutes.
4. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
5. Serve with roasted vegetables.
