Ingredients

1 boiled egg
1/2 cup canned chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 handful spinach
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the egg and then add sliced
2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
